(1.) Heard Mr. Vipul Agarwal, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr. Rajesh Singh Chauhan for the opposite parties No. 2 and 3.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondent submits that since some investigation is going on, therefore, the vehicle could not be released and as soon as the same is completed, the petitioner's application shall be disposed of accordingly. He further submits that further investigation may take place one month more time. However, keeping in view the dale of seizure of the vehicle, we are of the view that it is not appropriate for the respondents to keep the application pending consideration so long.
(3.) Therefore, we hereby issue directions to the authority concerned to pass an order, on the petitioner's application for release of the vehicle, may be provisionally in accordance with law. The authority concerned shall pass an order on the petitioner's application within fifteen days from the date of communication of this order. The petitioner undertakes to communicate this order to the authority concerned within three days. In the aforesaid terms, the writ petition stands disposed of finally.
