JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Shri Akhilesh Kalra and Shri Asit Srivastava for Anmol Singh, Shri S.P. Misra for Rajesh Prasad Gupta and Shri Sanjay Bhasin, learned counsel for respondents no.2 to 4.

(2.) BOTH these writ petitions challenge the petitioner's non -selection in the MBBS/ BDS course 2014 as such same are being decided by common order.

(3.) NOTICE was issued to private respondents. Service was sought to be affected through special messenger by the Court upon Priya Srivastava and Dileep yadav. According to service report Dilip Yadav was not available and notice was received by sister of Priyanka Srivastava.
