JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.

(2.) The State had been granted sufficient time to file counter-affidavit and by the order dated 1.9.2014 the learned Standing Counsel was called upon to file a counter-affidavit granting only 3 weeks and no more time for the same.

(3.) The period having expired, learned Standing Counsel today again has sought further time.
