JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Ratan Kant Sharma, learned counsel for the revisionist and Sri Mohd. Arif Khan, Sr. Advocate, assisted by Sri Mohd.Aslam Khan as well as Sri B.K. Saksena, for the respondent.

(2.) This is defendant's revision arising out of the judgment and order dated 11.3.2013 passed by Special Judge (P.C. Act), Lucknow, whereby the suit filed by the respondent- plaintiff for arrears of rent, damages and ejectment, was decreed.

(3.) The case has been argued by the respected counsel at great length and it consumed almost half of the day of the Court.
