JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Shri S.L. Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents. None has appeared for the Gaon Sabha.

(2.) THIS writ petition has been filed challenging the orders passed by the Consolidation Officer, Settlement Officer, Consolidation and the Deputy Director of Consolidation rejecting the claim of the petitioner.

(3.) THE dispute pertains to plot no. 571/4 area .55 acres of khata no. 194 which was recorded in the name of the petitioner in class -4. An objection under Section 9 -A (2) of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act claiming to be the Sirdar of the land in question on the basis of the judgment and decree in a suit under Section 229 -B of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act.
