JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent.

(2.) THE present writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus commanding the respondent to regularize the services of the petitioners as Collection Peon and pay entire benefits including pay scale since the date their juniors have been regularized.

(3.) EARLIER , also the petitioner has come up before this Court by filing Writ Petition No. 39712 of 1997 claiming relaxation against 35% quota reserved for the backlog category under the rules.
