JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner, namely, Sunil Kumar Pandey with a prayer to quash the order dated 07.12.2005 (Annexure -1) passed by Special Chief Judicial Magistrate Customs, Lucknow and the order dated 21.06.2002 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate (Economic Offences), Lucknow in Case No. 805 of 2002 summoning the petitioner under Sections 467, 468, 471, 419, 420 I.P.C.

(2.) BY means of the order dated 07.12.2005, the application for discharge moved by the petitioner in pursuance of the order passed by this Court in Misc. Case No. 1239 of 2002 has been rejected. The order dated 21.06.2002 has not been annexed with this writ petition.

(3.) I have heard Shri Pankaj Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State and also perused the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the State.
