JUDGEMENT

(1.) LEARNED Counsel for the petitioner is permitted to implead the concerned Gaon Sabha as respondent No. 6 and serve a copy of the writ petition to the learned Counsel appearing for the Gaon Sabha. This writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:

(2.) ISSUE a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the respondents to consider and decide the representation dated 4.9.2013 filed by the petitioner forthwith.

(3.) AWARD cost of the writ petition in favour of the petitioner.
