JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Sri V.D. Ojha, learned counsel for the petitioner. None has put his appearance on behalf of respondents.

(2.) THIS writ petition arises out of an objection under section 20 (1) of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, filed by the petitioner which has been rejected by all the three courts below.

(3.) THE petitioner is holder of Chak No.378 and had been proposed three Chaks at the A.C.O. Stage. The case of the petitioner is that his Chak on plot no. 434 was of bad quality land and, therefore, he demanded a Chak on plot no. 248. It was also his case that Ram Baran, the respondent, had no original holding in sector no. 6 and had wrongly been allotted Chak in this sector.
