JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioners.

(2.) DESPITE the case being taken up in the revised list, no one has appeared on behalf of the respondents.

(3.) THE petitioners, through this petition, assail the validity of the order dated 12.08.1999 passed by the learned trial court whereby the issue no.1 framed in original suit regarding valuation of suit and court fee paid thereon has been decided in favour of the plaintiff. The petitioners have also challenged the order dated 28.01.2000 passed by the District Judge, Unnao whereby revision petition preferred by the petitioners against the order dated 12.08.1999 passed by the learned trial court was dismissed.
