(1.) THE present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner under article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter -alia, praying for following reliefs:

(3.) THE husband of the petitioner was appointed as Assistant Teacher in Gokuldas Gurati Hindu Inter College, Moradabad and while in service he was murdered by the ante social elements on 7.3.1971.
