JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Shri Sanjeev Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Brijesh Kumar Yadav, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.

(2.) THE petitioner claims himself to be a regular L.T. Grade Teacher in an institution which is covered under the provisions of U.P. Secondary Education Service Selection Board Act, 1982 and U.P. High Schools and intermediate Colleges (Payment of Salaries of Teachers and other Employees) Act, 1971.

(3.) LEARNED counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has become entitled for promotion on the post of Lecturer (English) and possess the requisite qualification.
