JUDGEMENT

(1.) LIST has been revised. Despite being served, none has put his appearance on behalf of the opposite party no. 2, Anjum Bano.

(3.) THE applicants, by means of this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. have invoked the inherent jurisdiction of this Court with a prayer to quash their prosecution in Criminal Case no. 594 of 2012 (Anjum Bano vs. Mohd. Naseem and others), under Sections 498A and 323 I.P.C., P.S. Dhammaur, district - Sultanpur, as well as the summoning order dated 19.07.2013 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, court no. 17, Sultanpur.
