JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the appellant petitioner, and the learned Additional Chief standing counsel. With the consent of parties counsel, we proceed to decide the appeal at the admission stage.

(2.) THE appellant petitioner appeared in BTC Training, 2013. She was selected under General category candidate and was granted admission for BTC training at DIET Agra. Feeling aggrieved, the appellant petitioner approached this Court under writ jurisdiction with the grievance that she should have been granted admission for BTC training at DIET Gonda under OBC category. She had made prayer for quashing admission at Agra.

(3.) APPELLANT petitioner relied upon a Government order dated 12.3.2014. The relevant portion of the Government dated 12.3.2014 is reproduced as under: -
