JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Sri Prashant Chandra, Senior Advocate assisted by Sri Akshat Srivastava, learned counsel for the revision -applicant.

(2.) NOTICES were issued by this Court to the sole opposite party on 10.02.2014 and the revision applicant was also permitted to serve the opposite party outside the Court through dasti notice.

(3.) AN affidavit of service has been filed by learned counsel for the revision applicant wherein notice issued by this Court, which has been duly served on the opposite party, has been annexed.
