JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Ram Autar Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Pankaj Rai, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State.

(2.) By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 30.11.2006 (Annexure-13), order dated 22.03.2006 (Annexure-10) and order dated 30.01.2006 (Annexure-9) and further prayed for a mandamus commanding the respondents to quash the enquiry report dated 31.10.2005 submitted by the inquiry officer.

(3.) Brief facts give rise to the present writ petition are that:-
