JUDGEMENT

(1.) PRESENT writ petition has been filed on behalf of petitioner Master Shivang Mishra by his mother Smt. Gunjan Mishra under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with prayer to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of habeas corpus directing the respondent no.3 to produce the corpus before the Court and set him free from illegal custody of respondent no.3.

(2.) SHRI Shashank Tripathi appeared for petitioner. Learned A.G.A. appeared for respondent nos. 1 and 2. Shri K.D. Aswasthi appeared for respondent no. 3.
