(2.) SINCE both the first appeal from orders arise out of the common award dated 12.5.2000 given by Sri Siyaram, Ist Additional District Judge, Lakhimpur Kheri, as such, both the appeals are disposed of by common judgment.

(3.) BOTH these First Appeal From Orders under Section 173 of Motor Vehicles Act filed by appellant are directed against the common award dated 12.5.2000 passed by Ist Additional District Judge, Lakhimpur Kheri in M.A.C.P. Nos. 14 of 1997 and 27 of 1997.
