JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Shri V.K. Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri B. Malik, who appears for the contesting respondents.

(2.) THIS writ petition arises out of proceedings for allotment of chaks and have been filed challenging the order dated 12.06.1987 passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation.

(3.) THE petitioner is holder of chak no. 715, respondent no. 2 is holder of chak no. 181 while Shiv Shankar, respondent no. 5 is holder of chak no. 678.
