JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Shashi Nandan, learned senior counsel, assisted by Sri Madhav Jain and Archit Mehrotra, advocates for the petitioners, and Sri M.C. Chaturvedi, learned counsel for the Agra Development Authority.

(2.) Sri M.C. Chaturvedi has accepted notice on behalf of respondents no. 1 and 2.

(3.) Learned counsel for all the parties agree that the matter be disposed of at this stage itself without waiting for any further affidavits, as the documents that are on record, are sufficient for disposal at this stage.
