JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Sri S.N. Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri H.N. Singh, Senior Advocate assisted by Sri Pankaj Tripathi, learned counsel for the contesting respondents.

(2.) THIS writ petition has been filed challenging an order dated 7.10.2014 passed by the Additional Director of Consolidation (Judicial), Lucknow on a transfer application filed by the petitioner. By this order, the transfer application has been dismissed as being not maintainable.

(3.) A chak revision being Revision No. 197 of 2013 -14, Surendra Pal Singh and others Vs. Satyendra Pal Singh is said to be pending consideration before the A.D.M. (Finance and Revenue)/ Deputy Director of Consolidation, Pilibhit. The petitioner who had filed this revision sought its transfer to some other district on the ground that the contesting respondent was the Pradhan and Chairman of the Consolidation Committee. He also has strong political affiliation and, therefore, the petitioner was not confident of getting justice and hence sought transfer of the revision to some other district.
