JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Sunil Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Rajesh Kumar Shukla, learned Standing Counsel for the State -respondents.

(2.) BOTH the petitioners are present in the Court and they have been identified by their learned counsel. Both the petitioners appear to be major.

(3.) IN paragraph no.2 of the petition it is stated that the petitioner no.1 is? major and her date of birth is 2.7.1992 as per High School marksheet, a copy of which has been filed as Annexure -1. It is stated that the petitioner no.2 is also major and his date of birth is 1.1.1984 as per Permanent Account Number issued by the Income Tax Department. It is stated in paragraph Nos. 3 and 7 that the petitioners have married with each other on 7.10.2014 at Arya Samaj Mandir as per Hindu customs and traditions with Saptapadi religions ceremony, a copy of marriage certificate issued by the Secretary, Arya Samaj, Allahabad, has been filed as Annexure -2.
