SRI PAL Vs. STATE OF UP

JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS criminal appeal under Section 374 Cr.P.C. is directed against the judgment and order dated 25.05.1986 of the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Meerut passed in Sessions Trial No. 105 of 1985. The appeal was filed on behalf of two appellants, namely, Shri Pal and Devendra, both sons of Mamchandra.

(2.) SO far as Shri Pal is concerned, he is represented by Sri Rajesh Kumar Mishra, Advocate.

(3.) SO far as Devendra is concerned, despite best efforts he could not be arrested and that a Gumsudagi report has been lodged. An advertisement in that regard has also been published in the newspaper.
