JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS writ petition has been filed for a writ of certiorari seeking quashment of the order dated 20.07.2013 passed by Settlement Officer, Consolidation, Sultanpur as well as for a writ of mandamus commanding consolidation authorities to proceed from the stage of Section 19 of the U.P.C.H. Act (in short 'the Act').

(2.) I have heard Sri S.K. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Z.Jilani, Additional Advocate General for respondent and State.

(3.) ADDITIONAL Commissioner, Consolidation, Sri Suresh Singh Yadav is present before this Court to assist the Court. Sri B.K. Singh, Advocate has been allowed to intervene in the matter.
