JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Sri B.N. Singh, learned counsel for petitioners. None appeared on behalf of respondents, though the case has been called in revised.

(2.) 15 petitioners claiming themselves to be daily wage employees on Class III and IV posts in Chandra Shekhar Azad Agriculture and Technological University, Kanpur Nagar (hereinafter referred to as "University") have come up with prayer that the respondents should be directed to regularize petitioners on Class III and Class IV posts, as per seniority list circulated by University, vide letter dated 28.11.1992 and not to regularize any one else by ignoring the above seniority.

(3.) IT is stated in para 7 of the writ petition that petitioners no. 1 to 4, i.e. Ram Das Gupta, Mahavir Prasad, Girish Chand Katiyar and Chhedi Lal earlier filed Writ Petition no. 17560 of 2000. Petitioners No. 5, 7, 9 and 10, i.e., Om Prakash Pandey, Krishna Pal Singh, Rajendra Singh and Krishna Bahadur Singh filed writ petition No. 17559 of 2000. Petitioners No. 6, Vinod Kumar Gupta, filed Writ Petition No. 25502 of 2000 and petitioner no. 8, Vishram Singh, filed Writ Petition No. 18489 of 2000. Petitioner No. 11, Shyam Lal, filed Writ Petition No. 5982 of 2000. All these writ petitions, except Writ Petition No. 25502 of 2000, were finally disposed of by an order dated 4.4.2005 in terms of the order passed in Writ Petition No. 18198 of 2000.
