JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS second appeal is preferred against the judgment dated 16.4.1996 passed by 4th Additional District Judge, Azamgarh in civil appeal no.443 of 1994 arising out of judgment and decree dated 23.9.1994 passed by Munsif Havali, Azamgarh in O.S. no.73 of 1983.

THE plaintiff respondent hereinafter called ''the respondent' filed a suit for cancellation of sale deed alleged to have been executed by her mother in favour of the defendant appellant hereinafter called ''the appellant' who is also none else, the sister of the plaintiff. The suit was dismissed by the trial court.
