JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE instant State Appeal has been preferred by the State against judgment and order of acquittal dated 25.4.2014 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Sant Kabir Nagar in Sessions Trial No.130 of 2008 arising out of Case Crime No.C -12/2004 for offences under Sections 376(g), 506, 316 IPC, police station Mahuli, District Sant Kabir Nagar.

(2.) BY the aforesaid impugned judgment and order, the trial court acquitted accused persons under the aforesaid sections of Indian Penal Code.

(3.) WE have heard learned AGA for the State and the learned counsel for the accused -respondent and perused the record as available on the file.
