JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Sri Harish Chandra Dubey, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Sharad Dixit, learned AGA for the State.

(2.) THIS petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the order dated 2.4.2014 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Sultanpur in Criminal Misc. Case No.1189 of 2013, Hazari Lal Vs. Meena and others, under Section 127 Cr.P.C., P.S. Kurebhar, District -Sultanpur.

(3.) IT was submitted that by order passed by Principal Judge, Family Court dated 2.4.2014 has wrongly been rejected the application under Section 127 Cr.P.C. as minor daughters have become major and the Court has wrongly directed maintenance amount to be paid till the date of marriage. It was submitted that this order is not tenable in the eyes of law.
