(3.) THIS appeal arises out of a judgement of the VIth Additional Sessions Judge, Mainpuri dated 23.10.1982 in Sessions Trial No. 438 of 1980 convicting and sentencing the appellant nos. 1 to 6 namely Naresh, Lal Man, Sukh Vilas, Raja Ram, Munna Lal and Siddha Gopal under Section 396 I.P.C. to life imprisonment and appellant no. 7 Ram Vilash under Section 396 I.P.C. to life imprisonment in S.T. No. 458 of 1980.
