JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri CK Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner. None has appeared for the respondents even in the revised list.

(2.) This writ petition arises out of proceedings for allotment of chak and is directed against the order dated 2.8.1978 and 3.1.1979. The petitioner is holder of chak no. 51.

(3.) It has been contended by the counsel for the petitioner that impugned order was passed ex parte. The petitioner, therefore, filed restoration application which has been dismissed.
