JUDGEMENT

(1.) LEARNED counsel for applicant is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer of bail application.

(2.) HEARD learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.

IT is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the court below be directed to consider and dispose of bail application of the applicant on the same day on which it is to be filed, in view of law laid down in the case of Amrawati and another Vs. State of U.P. : 2004 (57) ALR 290, which has been affirmed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lal Kamlendra Pratap Singh Vs. State of U.P. : 2009 (3) ADJ 322 (SC).
