JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS writ petition has been filed seeking a direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to grant approval of the appointment of the petitioner in pursuance of Selection dated 15.4.2012 on the post Head Master in Sri Swa Gokulanand Purva Madhyamik Vidyalaya, Shivriha, Kusmaul, Jaunpur.

(2.) HEARD Sri A.N.Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Mrigraj Singh, learned counsel for the respondent no.2 and learned standing counsel for the respondent no.1.

(3.) AS per the averment made in the writ petition, it appears that an advertisment was issued on 21.3.2012 in daily newspapers i.e. Aaj and Rastriya Sahara for the post of Head Master in the said Institution. The petitioner is one of the candidates and after being found suitable candidate his name has been forwarded to the District Basic Education Officer, District Jaunpur under Resolution dated 15.4.2012. The papers were forwarded to the District Basic Education Officer, Jaunpur for financial approval on 29.5.2012 but till date no decision has been taken.
