JUDGEMENT

(1.) This revision has been filed challenging the validity of Judgment and order dated 10.01.2014 passed by learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Court No.14, Allahabad in Criminal Appeal No.218 of 2013 (Smt. Shashi Kiran Tewari Vs. State of U.P.) whereby order dated 27.08.2013 passed in Criminal Case No.56 of 2013 (State of U.P. Vs. Rahul Tewari) u/s 377, 374, 324, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. & 3(2)5 SC/ST Act, Police Station-Khuldabad, Allahabad has been affirmed.
