JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Sri Pavan Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri R.K. Maurya, learned A.G.A. for the State.

(2.) IT has been contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. From the joint possession of the applicant and co -accused Arshad, a false recovery of weapons is said to have been made. In fact no such recovery was made. The applicant is in jail since 11.12.2013.

(3.) LEARNED A.G.A. opposed the prayer for bail.
