JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Ram Sagar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Piyush Shukla, learned Standing Counsel for the State.

(2.) By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the impugned order dated 10.04.2013 passed by respondent No. 2 by which the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment has been rejected.

(3.) With the consent of the parties, the writ petition is disposed of after exchange of affidavits between the parties.
