JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Sri Akhtar Abbas, learned counsel for applicant, Sri Manish Srivastava, Advocate holding brief of Manish Kumar, learned counsel for O.P.Nos. 1 and perused the record.

(2.) FACTS in brief of the present case are that on 09.05.1993, the marriage of the applicant has been solemnized with one O.P.No. 1/Sri Ram Krishna as per Hindu Rites and Rituals and after the marriage when she went to her matrimonial home she was ill treated, as a result of which she left her matrimonial home and came to reside with her father at Allahabad.

(3.) IN the meantime, Sri Ram Krishna/husband of the applicant filed a suit (suit No. 905 of 2000) under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act at Lucknow, subsequently, dismissed in default.
