JUDGEMENT

(1.) ALL the three petitions mentioned above are the outcome of the same Sessions Trial No.123/2013 arising out of case crime no.2568 of 2012, under Sections 452, 307, IPC, P.S. Kotwali, District Bareilly, hence, they are being taken up together for disposal.

(2.) IN Criminal Misc. Application No.3811 of 2014 order dated 18.1.2014 whereby the learned trial Court has summoned the witnesses and documents other than those mentioned in the charge sheet is under challenge.

(3.) IN criminal Misc. Application No.6775 of 2014 the order under challenge is dated 18.1.2014 whereby the learned trial Court has declined the prayer made by the applicants facing trial for furnishing copies of statement of witnesses to them.
