(2.) THIS appeal challenges the judgment of the learned Single Judge dated 21.8.1995 by which Writ Petition No. 8480 of 1987 filed by the appellant has been dismissed.

(3.) WRIT petition was directed against the order of the District Inspect of Schools dated 12.2.1987 refusing to approve the appointment of the writ petitioner in C.T. Grade and refusal to payment of salary.
