JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Tarun Varma, learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 3 and learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos. 1 & 2.

(2.) WITH the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is being finally disposed of.

(3.) BY this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing impugned recovery certificate dated 23.8.2013 for Rs. 6,08,634/ - plus other charges. The petitioner had taken loan of Rs. 4,95,000/ - in the year 2011. Due to defaults being committed by the petitioner, recovery has been initiated.
