(3.) THE present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants for setting aside the impugned order dated 20.8.2014 passed by Sessions Judge, Kanpur Dehat in S. T. No. 249 of 2011; State Vs. Rajesh and others, U/s 376(D), 506 IPC, P.S. Sikandra, District Kanpur Dehat, by means of which the application filed by the applicants under Section 311 Cr.P.C. has been rejected.
