JUDGEMENT

(1.) VISHWA Nath Pandey is assailing validity of transfer order dated 30th July, 2014 wherein petitioner has been transferred from the post of Deputy Director Agriculture (Soil Conservation), Faizabad to the post of Senior Agronomist, Irrigation Department, Lucknow.

(2.) BRIEF background of the case as is reflected from the pleadings that has been set out are that petitioner has been performing and discharging duties as District Soil Conservation and thereafter he has been promoted to the post of Deputy Director, Agriculture (Soil Conservation), Faizabad w.e.f. 05.11.2012 and petitioner submits that he is performing and discharging his duties with utmost sincerity and devotion.

(3.) PETITIONER has further proceeded to mention that certain local politicians were not at all appreciating his functioning in the said capacity and accordingly, pressure was sought to be exerted for transferring him to somewhere else. Petitioner has stated that thereafter he has been transferred.
