STATE OF U P Vs. KHINWA PASI

JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS Government Appeal has been preferred against the judgement and order of acquittal dated 15.9.1081 passed by Vth Additional Sessions Judge, Allahabad, in Sessions Trial No. 181 of 1980, State Vs. Khinwa Pasi and others, under section 302 I.P.C, Police Station Kokharaj, District Allahabad acquitting all the four accused -respondents of the charges framed against them.

(2.) THE brief facts relating to the appeal are that Ram Phal lodged an F.I.R on 26.11.1979 naming all the four accused at Police Station Khokhraj, District Allahabad with allegations;

(3.) AFTER completion of investigation, charge sheet was submitted and case was committed to sessions court. Thereafter the Additional Sessions Judge framed charges against the accused persons under section 302 I.P.C and denying the charges they demanded trial.
