JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Sri Onkar Nath Tewari, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri S.P. Tewari, who appears for the caveator, respondent no. 2 and and Sri Azad Khan for the Gaon Sabha, respondent no. 5.

(2.) THE writ petition is directed against the order dated 26.12.2013, passed by opposite party no. 1 in Revision No. 432, under section 48 of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act (for short, Act): Asha Ram and others Vs. State of U.P. And others.

(3.) THE writ petition arises out of an application under section 42A of the Act filed by the contesting respondents. The aforesaid application was filed on the allegations that he is the original holder of plot no. 583. This plot has a total area 0.180 hectares. 0.050 hectares of this plot towards the east was reserved for 'general abadi', but the same has wrongly been shown on the western side in the final map. Hence, the application for correction of the same.
