JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri R.C. Pathak, learned Counsel for the revisionist and perused the record.

(2.) The said matter has come up for consideration before the Court below. After hearing learned Counsel for the revisionist/plaintiff, the Court below was of the opinion that before granting ex-parte temporary injunction, it will be appropriate to hear the respondent. Accordingly, notices were issued to the respondent to file response and order dated 30.8.2000 has been passed to the said effect.

(3.) Aggrieved by the said fact, the present revision has been filed.
