BY means of present writ petition, the petitioners are seeking a writ in the nature of mandamus for commanding the opposite parties to consider the petitioners for promotion on the post of Junior Assistant, Class III post, under 15% reserved quota of High School qualified candidates of Class IV employee, for which the interview of the petitioners was conducted on 07.02.2014 by the opposite parties.
