JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.

(2.) THE applicant has filed this application under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973, (in short 'the Code') praying for quashing of the proceedings in respect of Non -bailable warrant dated 3.6.2014 issued against him by the Judicial Magistrate, Bhadohi in Case No. 28 of 2014, under Sections 498A, 323, 504, I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, P.S. Suriyawan, District Bhadohi.

(3.) LEARNED counsel Sri Jai Singh Yadav appearing for the opposite party No. 2 opposed and argued that the applicant has made misuse of interim bail.
