JUDGEMENT

(1.) K. S. Rakhra, J. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

(2.) NOTICES were directed to be issued against opposite party No. 2 vide order dated 16th June, 2004. Notice has been duly served.

(3.) IN view of the case pending in this Court, the trial Court shall restrain from taking any coercive measure against the petitioner till further orders and if warrant of arrest or any other proceedings has been issued, it shall be recalled forthwith. .
