JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS revision has been filed against the order passed by Additional Collector Lalitpur dated 30-6-2000 in Patta cancellation Suit No. 70/98-99 under Section 198(4) of the U.P.Z.A. and L.R. Act.

(2.) THE main contention of the revisionist is that under Section 198(4) of the U.P.Z.A. and L.R. Act the Additional Collector has no power to pass any order and it is Collector alone who is empowered to hold the inquiry and pass order under the Act.
