JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD the learned Counsel for the parties.

(2.) BY the present writ petition the petitioner has prayed for the issue of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for regularisation.

(3.) THE petitioner has submitted that he has made several requests to the respondents authorities for regularisation of his services but no order has been passed. Hence the writ petition.
