JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS revision has been filed against the order dated 15-7-2000 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Bareilly Division, whereby the substitution application has been dismissed as time barred.

(2.) HEARD the learned Counsel for the revisionist and perused the relevant papers onfile. None is present on behalf of the otherside despite information as such, the revision has been ordered to proceed exparte.

(3.) IN view of the above, I find force in the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the the revisionist as none appeared on behalf of the otherside to put up his case.
